    My H1B was approved for location A (MICHIGAN),ONE MONTH AGO.Now my employer wants me to work in location B(PA).My question-
    Do I have to wait until labor is approved for location B or can I start working from monday and labor(for location B) can come in 10-15 days thereafter.I am a PT.

    Agree with the cropping suggestion and also suggest you bring the highlights down some to bring out the detail in the barn roof and level out the barn. Just did a quick-and-dirty adjustment. You'll get better results from the original.

    It has to be 693 as per my understanding. The doctors usually have their versions of 693, in multipart (3-4). I think the 4th part is green and is intended to be your copy. Along with 693 there is a supplement page for vaccinations etc.

    As per latest Faqs from USCIS interim EAD is possible. See below;

    Q) I filed my Form I-765 more than 90 days ago and I have not received a decision, who should I contact?

    A) If you have not received a decision within 90 days of the USCIS receipt date and you have properly filed your EAD application, you may apply to obtain an interim EAD by appearing in person at your local USCIS District Office. You must bring proof of identity and any notices that you have received from USCIS in connection with your application for employment authorization.

    Is it ok to transfer H1b to different employer after using AP? I resumed work with same employer on H1b after entering with AP recently.

    My H1b is valid till 2010 . H1b was last exteneded an year back, inside USA, before I left to India.

    I am going to get info from lawyer, but I wanted to be sure..

    Here is my scenario...

    1. Applied my first EAD thru some lawyer (hence G-28)
    2. I am planning to renew it on "my own"

    Can I renew EAD without Attroney help... I know the answer "YES" but the main question is... do I need to inform USCIS saying that I want to withdraw my lawyer's and hence G-28 which was filed along with my first EAD?

    If anyone are sucessful, please help me...My question is not on how to self apply EAD..My question is whether we need to inform USCIS about G-28...

    Guys ,
    Here is my situation. greatly aprecite if you could give some suggestions.

    I am presently on Non-cap H1b(which is not counted under cap). I am planning to file for H1b thru an employer in april under MS quota with a start date of octber 2008.
    My concerns are...

    1. How should the new employer file H1b so that I can join at my wish after oct 2008...??

    2. My present H1b is valid untill 2010. SHould I be in US while filing and untill my new H1b is approved..??? I ahve plans of visisitng india in March/aprial. So wondering If i need to visit and be back before april or is it ok to travel while my new H1b is filed using the presnet i-94..?? that is trvelling sometime In april/May..???

    greatly apprecite any inputs...

    If you worked as a TA/RA and received compensation for that, you should mention your University as your previous employer.
    This is what I did. However it is better if you consult your attorney.
